1. Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how GWT VN ("we," "our," or "the Company") collects, uses, and handles data accessed through the Moodboard Tool — an internal application developed and operated exclusively by GWT VN for internal design and content creation purposes.

This application is not available to the public and is not intended for use by any person or organization outside of GWT VN.

2. Data We Access

The Moodboard Tool accesses the following data from Pinterest via the official Pinterest API v5, strictly limited to GWT VN's own Pinterest account:

  • Pinterest board names and board IDs

  • Pin metadata (title, description, creation date)

  • Pin image URLs

  • Board pin counts

We do not access, collect, or store any personal data belonging to other Pinterest users.

3. How We Use This Data

Data accessed through the Pinterest API is used solely for the following internal purposes:

  • Generating visual moodboards for internal design reference

  • Supporting the brand identity and visual direction workflow of GWT VN's design team

  • Providing concept images as input for internal AI-assisted image generation tools

No data is used for advertising, marketing to third parties, or any commercial purpose beyond GWT VN's internal operations.

4. Data Storage

All data retrieved via the Pinterest API is stored locally on GWT VN's internal systems (local machines or company-controlled servers). Specifically:

  • Pin metadata is stored in local JSON files

  • Images are downloaded and stored in local folders

  • No data is transmitted to or stored on any external cloud service, third-party server, or public-facing infrastructure

5. Data Sharing

GWT VN does not sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any data accessed through this application with any third party. Data accessed via Pinterest API is used exclusively within GWT VN's internal design team.

6. Data Retention

Data retrieved from Pinterest is retained locally for as long as it is needed for active moodboard and design projects. Data that is no longer needed is deleted from local storage at the discretion of GWT VN's design team.

7. Third-Party Services

This application uses the Pinterest API v5, provided by Pinterest, Inc. Access to Pinterest data is governed by Pinterest's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, available at:

GWT VN complies with all requirements set forth by Pinterest's Developer Guidelines and API Terms of Service.

8. Security

GWT VN takes reasonable measures to protect data accessed through this application, including:

  • OAuth 2.0 authentication for all Pinterest API access

  • Access tokens stored securely in local configuration files, not exposed publicly

  • Application access restricted to authorized GWT VN team members only

9. Changes to This Policy

GWT VN reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
